Junior Graphic Designer – Full Time

Job Description:

The junior graphic designer will assist the product development team in a wide variety of projects, including both design and administrative tasks. Projects include but are not limited to:

  • designing and revising product specs

  • product renderings

  • packaging specs

  • opening packages of incoming product samples

  • organizing product samples

  • sample mockups

  • creating design presentation powerpoint documents for sales department

  • creating basic excel spreadsheets

  • photographing samples

  • shipping samples and material swatches

The individual can expect to work independently and in a team to learn how to apply creative concepts in a corporate setting, while gaining product development and administrative skills. Must be a self-starter and proactive, as we are a highly efficient team that works quickly both independently and collaboratively. He/She will experience a company that values efficiency, quality work, customer service and smart problem-solving in an environment that promotes professional growth.


  • Completed degree in Fine Arts / Graphic Design / Communication Design / Illustration

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a MUST

  • Basic proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel a MUST

  • 3D rendering ability a plus

  • Very strong organization skills

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under short deadlines

  • Self starter, proactive and motivated

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Creative problem solving skills

  • Skills in photography is a plus

Key Account Sales Manager - Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a results driven Key Account & Sales Support professional to help us meet our revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for selling Eccolo products to key accounts, chain stores and larger customers 50% of the time, and 50% of the time will be spent in a Sales Support role in which you will assist the VP of Sales, Director Of Sales and Key Account Rep Groups with various sales related tasks.

  • 50% Responsibility – Key Account Sales Manager

    • Identifies and pursues business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

    • Sell Eccolo products to key account customers.

    • Maintains relationships with existing partners by providing support, information, and guidance.

    • Identifies product improvements or new hi-volume products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

    • Collaborates with the product development team on bringing these solutions to customers when applicable.

    • 50% Responsibility – Sales Support

  • 50% Responsibility – Sales Support

    • Assist VP, Director and Key Account Rep Groups with overall sales meeting preparation as needed.

    • Manage new item set up and overall portal maintenance for Large and Key Accounts.

    • Gain a solid understanding of company’s reporting systems in order to pull data as needed for the Sales team.

Additional Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage and coordinate trade show efforts

  • Domestic overnight travel as needed

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive attitude. This candidate must have strong presentation skills, be able to manage client relationships with an emphasis on excellence. The right candidate must be equipped a high energy level for a fast-paced working environment, strong negotiation and prospecting skills. The candidate must be comfortable meeting Sales goals, be motivated to meet Sales requirements and participate in Sales planning. We are looking for a creative and independent individual to add value to our team.

  • Proven work experience as a national sales representative

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Candidates must be able to travel extensively and on short notice

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Product Sourcing Coordinator - Full Time

Job description:

As a Product Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for all organizational aspects of Product Development. Responsibilities include:

  • Requesting, receiving and tracking product samples from factories

  • Providing feedback to factories

  • Organizing production art

  • Creating more streamlined processes for tracking samples and production art organization

  • Acting as product development liaison with designers and factories

  • Creating product lists with description and pricing

  • Communicating product development needs to freelance designers

  • Tracking designers’ available hours and fees

  • Generating final versions of trend reports and retail presentations

  • Trend and market analysis


  • Must have at least 1 year experience with sourcing and/or product development.

  • Candidates must be highly organized, proactive, and have solid analytical skills.

  • Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Illustrator a plus but not essential.
